Our second hand store is our most visible facility and is our primary contact point for those seeking our services.We actively solicit donations of goods and clothing which is then either distributed free of charge to the needy or to patrons who are asked to make a donation for items recieved based on ability to pay. No one is refused solely for inability to make a donation. Although most of our patronage consists of local area residents we have no restrictions on who may utilize our services.

We work with these girls towards self sufficency. We encourage them to complete their GED if needed. We offer direction to get help with alcohol and substance abuse, drivers licenses and individual counseling. We offer employment assistance and even appropiate clothing for jobs.

A Ray of Hope accomplishes these goals through a multiple system of services which are tailored to meet the needs of different groups of people.

Community based referrals to local churches that understand and support our clients
